If our platform detects the user's IP address is from Mainland China, the user will be switched to the China account sign up, event login (with/without magic link) and reset password flow automatically.

Sign up an account or Activate your role when joining an event

Step 1: Enter your mobile no and click "Send" to request a verification code in the account sign up page. (For Event Managers, Speakers, Exhibitors and Booth Representatives, you will access the login page by clicking the action button in the invitation email send to your inbox.)

Step 2: Input the verification code within 60 seconds

Step 3: Input your account name, email address and setup password, and click the checkbox "Read to accept User Agreement and Private Policy" , click "Register" to complete the account sign up process.

Step 4: Upon successful account sign up, you can continue the steps required, e.g. registration for attendees.

There are 3 ways to login for China users and users swap among the 3 login methods by clicking the login method under the "Log in" button in the login page

1. Login with mobile no 用手机号登入
Simply select the area code and enter the mobile phone number and your password to log in.
只需选择区号并输入手机号码和密码即可登入。
2. Login email 用邮箱登入
If you prefer to login with your account email and password, you can click the "Login with email under the "Log in" button. Simply enter the email address and password to log in.
如果您想使用您的帐户邮箱和密码登录，您可以点击“登入”按钮下的“邮箱登录”。只需输入邮箱地址和密码即可登入。
3. Login with SMS 用短信登入
Click the "Login with SMS" tab, enter your mobile phone number and click "Send" to receive the verification code via SMS.
Input the verification code and click "Log in" to complete the login process.
点击“短信登录”标签，输入您的手机号码，点击“获取验证码”，通过短信接收验证码。
输入验证码并点击“登入”以完成登入过程。
Reset Password 重置密码
To reset your password, select the area code, enter the mobile phone number and click "Send" for the verification code.
Input the verification code and then enter your new password. Click Confirm to complete the password reset process.
如要重置密码，请选择区号然后输入手机号码，点击“获取验证码”以接收验证码。
