If you would like to enable the Meetup function in your booth, you could enable it in the Exhibitor CMS. The Meetup function is available on the networking widget as shown below.
In Exhibitor CMS,
A. Enable the "meetup" function
B. Click Edit Meetup
C. Input the representatives' names and emails
D. You can add more than 1 representative by clicking the 'Add Representative' button at the bottom (best practice: 5 people)
- Those “*” are mandatory items
- Location/URL has to be an external platform. It can be used to put phone number, Zoom meeting URL or even physical location. This information will trigger an email to both exhibitor and attendee during the event if a meetup is successfully made.
- You can choose the timeslot which you are available for meetings
- Please remember to save the information after editing
