I am creating an email template but why I cannot find the merge tags button when I add texts?

There will be no merge tag feature for designing the email template. If you would like to design your email and save it as a template, please follow the steps below.

Step 1: Go to broadcast page, then click the right top corner "Email" button.

Step 2: Select one of the template then click "Create".

Step 3: Click the edit message button.

Step 4: You will find the merge tag button.

Step 5: Save the email. Then, please click "Save as Template"

Step 6: Insert the template name, then "Apply" it.

Step 7: After you will find the email template you just saved on the email template page.
