As soon as the event is over, ask the attendees how they felt, as the experience is still fresh for them. You can send the event feedback surveys over a thank you email or even ask them to answer on their way out of the event to collect data that would be most accurate.

Step 2: To input the survey link into the email content, you will need to copy the survey link from the survey list page on EMS.
Step 3: Go to the broadcast email page and create the Thank you email.
Step 4: Edit the email and paste the survey URL link into the button URL for the email template.
Step 5: Save the email setting and send out to the attendees.
Xtra tips: If you would like to track who submitted the survey by the survey report, you can generate a unique survey link for each attendee by copying the merge tag from the survey edit page.
