You are now able to send multilingual automated emails to your attendees in their preferred language
Usage:
- Apply to Automated Emails only
- Language of email received is based on the registration form language an attendee submitted. Cannot change the language manually
- Default email language is English. All attendees will receive English email if no other email languages are selected. If English is not selected in the registration form, you will still need to setup English content as it is a default setting
- Email content in PDF format attached to the email will also follow the email language setup
How to create a multilingual automated email
Preparation:
- Setup multilingual registration form
- Setup email templates before the multilingual email content if you want to save time to setup the layout again for other language content
Steps:
1. A registration form is setup in English and other langauge, e.g. Traditional Chinese
2. Go to Email/SMS under Broadcasts. Click Email on the top-right corner to create your email template
3. Turn on the automated email you need and choose the appropriate template
4. The default email language is English. Add other email languages one by one
5. Language of the email subject follows the email language you currently selected. You can edit email subject and email content for different languages at the same time
6. Click Apply to save the updates when you finished editing
See what happen after the setup
A registrant submits an English registration form, an English automated approval confirmation email will be sent.
A registrant submits a Traditional Chinese registration form, a Traditional Chinese automated approval confirmation email will be sent
