Payment methods EMS registration form supported

 EventX platform support online payment and offline payment for the registration with ticketing.

• Online Payment Methods: Support Credit Card and Alipay options
• Offline Payment Methods: Support Cheque and Bank Transfer options

1. Go to Payment Options under Registration

2. Online Payment Methods

• Credit card is the default option that cannot be disabled if online payment has been enabled
• Organizers can unselect Alipay to disable the Alipay method for the registration payment.
• The type of credit card used upon payment will automatically be detected after filling in the card number details.

For handling charge for the ticketing payout in HKD or USD:

• Credit Cards issued from Hong Kong: 3.3% + US $0.5 (Fixed)
•  International Credit Cards or AMEX: 5.3% + US $0.5 (Fixed)

For freemium plan users, the transaction rate will be 5.3% + US $0.5 (Fixed) for all cards including Credit Cards issued from Hong Kong and International Credit Cards or AMEX

3. Offline Payment Methods

• The name of the Cheque and Bank Transfer cannot be customized.
• Account information is required for offline payment methods
• The organizer can set the invoice due date on the payment method page

Remember to click Save when you finished setting up the payment options.

The registrant will be able to see the payment method on the registration review order step.
