EMS account being blocked for entered wrong password

If you entered the wrong password five times, your account will be blocked by EventX and you will receive an email from EventX about unblock instructions.

1. You can unlock the account by clicking “Unlock Instructions“ on email. 

2. The account will be unblocked in 30 minutes.
