Send lead capture device licenses to your exhibitors and sponsors

Please contact EventX if you want to upgrade your package to add on Lead capture User Quota.

Introduction

As an organizer, to help your attendees make more connections from your events, you can send an invitation to the attendee for lead capture app.

Steps

1. Choose Lead Capture and then click Invite Exhibitors.

2. You can choose to enable EventX event activation or not to. 

3. To invite exhibitor/attendees to use EventX App, please fill in the booth name, email address and contact person. Then, click Send Invitation.

4. After inserting the detail and send out. The exhibitor information will be shown on the list.

5. The exhibitor will receive the invitation email right away.
