Select recipients to follow up
Navigate to Email Statistic page and click Unopened segment in the Recipient Overview.
Click the checkbox in the table header to select all recipients in this segment.

Click "Send Follow-Up" button to create a new email notification message.

Pro Tip: A good practice for email marketing to ensure conversion rate is achieved, you need to send 3 - 5 times follow ups to your invited guests.
