How recipients can unsubscribe to the event email from EventX

EventX platform enables email recipient to opt-out from the particular event organizer's email communication.

When the email recipients click the unsubscribe button, the recipients will no longer receive any event communication from EventX. However, they can also receive the automated Email which includes automated confirmation email and payment receipt email/ payment invoice email. 

Our email template by default includes unsubscribe feature in the email builder. If you do not want to use this feature, you can remove the components in email builder

The recipients receive an email from the organizer, they can find the "Unsubscribe" button below. 

After clicking the "Unsubscribe" button, there is a"confirm" button to confirm the action.

When the organizer broadcast the email to the recipient who already unsubscribes from the email, the organizer can check the email statistics to check who unsubscribed to the broadcast.
