Communicate with your executive-level attendees
Deliver one message to your attendees with multiple email addresses and assistants' email addresses to increase open rate.
You need to send RSVPs and confirmations to your executive-level attendees, and make sure they receive and are aware of your emails. In most cases, these attendees have several work or personal email addresses, or have assistants replying on their behalf. So you need to send message to more than one email addresses of an attendee.
Primary Email: The main contact email of the attendee, either work or personal.
Secondary Email: Other emails you want to copy the email messages. For example, attendee's personal email, secretary or assistant's email.
Both Primary Email and Secondary Email can receive the same emails broadcast via the system, e.g RSVP, confirmation, reminder.
Note: Emails will be automatically cc to all the secondary emails you provided and will not be able to choose which email to cc.
