Templates are available to use across events. Organizer can create, edit, rename, copy and to delete template based on their needs.
- Note1: Cannot add merge tags in template. Merge tags are only available in email builder
- Note 2: Template cannot apply to auto email
To Create a new template
There are 2 methods to create new template
Method 1: Create from template builder
1) Click "Email Template" under "Notification"
2) Click "Create Email Template" and it will direct you to an email builder to create template.
Method 2: Save as template from email builder
1) Click "Save as Template" under your email editor
2) Type in the name of the email template.
3) Click "Apply" to save the template
To edit template
1) Click "Email Template" under "Notification"
2) Click on upper right hand corner of the email template
3) Click "Edit" to start editing
To rename template
1) Click "Email Template" under "Notification"
2) Click on upper right hand corner of the email template
3) Click "Rename"
4) Type in the new template name. Click "Apply" to save.
To copy template
1) Click "Email Template" under "Notification"
2) Click on upper right hand corner of the email template
3) Click "Copy"
4) Type in the template name. Click "Apply" to save.
To delete template
1) Click "Email Template" under "Notification"
2) Click on upper right hand corner of the email template
3) Click "Delete"
4) Click "OK" to confirm to delete
