Types of Survey Questions

There are 5 natures of questions can be selected when creating a survey form, which is multiple-choice, rating, text, NPS and section.

Multiple Choice
Choose "mc" as the Nature, add Options by clicking the boxes below. If interviewees can pick more than one options, please tick Allow Choose Multiple.

Rating
Choose "rating" as the Nature, you can choose 3 to 6 stars for each rating question.

Text
Choose "text" as the Nature. If the question requires a long answer, please tick Multiple Lines for interviewees to type.

NPS

Choose "NPS" as the Nature. This is for can be used to gauge the loyalty of a firm's customer relationships NPS measure the likelihood of someone recommending a product or service to a friend or colleague. Respondents pick a number between 0–10.

Section
Choose "section" as the Nature. This is for leaving a message to your interviewees, but not requiring any reply from them.

Tips: If the survey question is mandatory, please tick the little box next to Required for it. Then interviewees cannot leave without answering that survey question.
