Phone Number Formats in Data sheets for successful SMS Sending

Formats of Phone number

To ensure SMS can be sent properly to the attendees, please follow the formats of phone numbers in the datasheet (e.g. Excel, CSV, or GoogleSheet) before importing it into EventX.

A country code must be added before the phone numbers as below:

1. +852 98765432;

2. +85298765432;

Here are some examples which FAIL to match the required formats and SMS CANNOT be sent successfully:

1. 98765432;

2. +852 9876 5432;

3. +8529876 5432.
