How to know the status of sending out the SMS?

Status of the SMS

When sending out the email, how can we know whether the SMS was sent to attendees  successfully?

1. Go to Broadcast. Then, click to Email/SMS.

2. Select SMS in the Via Field which has shown below.

3. Click on "Statistic" on the right hand side of the bar.

4. This statistic shows how many SMS was sent successfully or failed in that delivery time.

5. For more details such as the delivery time of the SMS, you can check it in "Status" by pointing to the Red/ Green Button. 

Meaning of the status light:

Green Button: Sent Successfully

Red Button: Failed to send it out

*Please check with the format of the phone number again if it's failed to send.
