Majority of the time, in order for EventX Support to effectively troubleshoot issues and answer your questions, we will need access to your account. Unfortunately, we cannot access your account by default. Thus we will need you to grant us access/
This is how you can grant access to EventX Support:
- Click your name in the top-right corner and click Account Settings
- Go to Setting, Under "EventX's support", you may click to turn on the grant access button.
